As the UK’s leading provider of Business Process Management and integrated professional support service solutions, our client is currently looking for a Head of Bids to join their Learning and Development Team in London that provides a range of services from apprenticeships, traineeships, digital learning solutions to fully outsourced learning programmes and performance improvement training across sales, service and leadership.

To date they have helped hundreds of businesses and tens of thousands of individuals train, improve and succeed. The role of the Head of Bids is to build on that success and strengthen the market position of these services by contributing to the right market strategy, managing the bid function, implementing and developing bid / proposal tools and activities in order to win new business.

You, as the ideal candidate, will be leading the bid team to deliver consistently high quality bids. Your role will be to effectively manage the performance and development of all direct reports as well as working with stakeholders and converting bid strategies into compliant, winning bids for learning and development solution, obtaining new clients and expanding into different industries and territories.

This position would suit an experienced Senior Bid Leader / Manager or a Head of Bids who is looking for their next career step. It is essential that you have strong project management experience and demonstrable evidence of achievement in managing a bid function ideally within the learning and development arena.
