Basic Salary £80K + Excellent Company Bonus

The role of the Head of Sales is to strengthen the market position of our client by contributing to and sharing the responsibility for setting the right market strategy, leading and managing business development and sales activities and designing client solutions in conjunction with their solutions team, to win new business consistent with the company’s strategic goals and financial targets.  Furthermore, you as the ideal candidate will directly contribute through individual ownership of key client prospects.

In order to be successful for this role, you will have experience of operating at a senior level  in a sales capacity and have evidence of successful sales leadership and functional management. You will also be setting up new sales function (including commission structures). You will ideally have in-depth knowledge of Managed / Outsourced Learning & Development or Apprenticeships or HR or related industry.

On offer is a basic salary of £80K and a fantastic bonus structure.
